Introduction


Introduction of Medidor de flujo masico

Mass Flow Meter consist of Mass Flow Sensor and Mass Flow Transmitter. It does not measure the volume per unit time (e.g., cubic meters per second) passing through the device, but measures the mass per unit time (e.g., kilograms per second) flowing through the device. The result of volumetric meter varies with temperature, pressure, composition, etc., but mass Flow Meter does not have such problem.

 

Operating principle of Medidor de flujo masico

Mass flow meter is designed according to Coriolis Effect. The inlet arm and the outlet arm vibrate with the same frequency as the overall vibration, but when there is mass flow the two vibrations are out of sync: the inlet arm is behind, the outlet arm is ahead. The two vibrations are shifted in phase with respect to each other, and the degree of phase-shift is a measure for the amount of mass that is flowing through the tubes.

Production Process

1. Bend vibrating tubes with bending machine

2. Smear the solder on the production line

3. Solder the tubes in the Vacuum brazing furnace

4. Wire the mass Flowmeter (at the same production line of step 2)
 
5. Test for the 1st time

6. Burn-in: Mass flowmeter will be excercised for 15 days prior to being placed in service.

7. Test for the 2nd time (at the same production line of step 5)

8. Cover the tubes with housing & polish the surface (at the same production line of step 2)

9. Test for the 3rd time(final test; this test equipment is approved by China government, and is the
    TEST STANDARD of mass flowmeter in China)
